Originally from Dearborn Heights, MI, Nicole found her love of food and and wine during her time at Antonio's Cucina Italiana, in Farmington Hills. She spent 4 years there, learning about restaurant operations and most importantly, the passion of the family business. In 2004, she took a break to get involved with a Fortune 500 company during the mortgage boom and was quickly hired at Quicken Loans, was promoted to management and excelled in leadership training. She found The Fine Wine Source, where she was attended hours of wine tastings, classes, met some winemakers and realized she missed her passion. A position opened at Vino Volo, a new concept in wine bars at the airport, and she was hired as a manager at Detroit Metro Airport. A few months later, she moved to Florida in 2008 and was hired at The BeachHouse on AMI as an Event Coordinator/Assistant Manager from her years doing freelance special events. She is also passionate about fundraising, Nicole is the co-founder of The Keith Hamm foundation, raising close to 100K for the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society within 4 years.
